Quando você começou a pintar?

Fale um pouco sobre sua experiência no MUSAS: Um lugar com criatividade sem fim, localizado no bairro mais animado que eu já experimentei. A arte é um grande fenômeno artístico para cada passagem urbana, cada parte da cidade, bem como as pessoas, que querem alimentar seus olhos com paredes coloridas suculentas.

Fale um pouco sobre esta viagem de arte: Eu viajei para o Brasil com minha amiga Nanna Fenris, durante 6 semanas. Era para ser uma viagem turística regular em torno da América do Sul, mas as coisas foram ficando mais interessante. Começamos na Venezuela, depois de Caracas para Manaus. Lá eu conheci o grafiteiro árabe VAN, em uma coincidência pintei com ele, que me apresentou a grafiteiros de outras cidades do Brasil. Fomos para Fortaleza, onde ficamos com o VTS Crew por uma semana pintamos com eles algumas paredes, bem como com o Bad (VAN) e Bulan. Depois, em Salvador, ficamos hospedadas no MUSAS. Ficamos lá por 18 dias pintando bastante com muitos grafiteiros, mas principalmente com Mônica e Chermie. Depois dessa bela experiência com arte e cultura em Salvador decidimos pegar um ônibus até o Rio de Janeiro. Ficamos hospedadas na casa da grafiteira Anarkia. Fizemos parte de um evento para pintar paredes em favelas, haviam muitos dos grafiteiros do Rio de Janeiro nessa pintura .... Fizemos uma parede com o grafiteiro Airá O Crespo, e nós queremos participar de outros projetos de arte. São Paulo será o nosso próximo destino, onde vamos tentar pintar o máximo possível.

O Brasil é um paraíso do grafite. O fato do grafite ser semi legal aqui. Se torna uma oportunidade que todos os grafiteiros brasileiros devem aproveitar. Então, a minha mensagem para os artistas brasileiros é esta: Use o dom que lhes foi dado, e pinte tanto quanto você puder .... E para todos aqueles artistas que não trabalham nas ruas: Seja ativo, porque isso é muito importante e bonito, é a única solução para sobreviver como artista.

Talk a little bit about your experience in M.U.S.A.S.?
A place with endless creativity, located in the most liveliest
neighborhood I have ever experienced. A great art-phenomenon for every
urban artist passing by the city as well as people that want to treat
their eyes with some colorful juicy walls
talk a little bit about this journey of art?
I
have traveled with my friend, Nanna Fenris(Septo), here in Brazil for 6
weeks now. It was supposed to be a regular tourist trip around South
America but things got a little bit more interesting. We started
in Venezuela and went from Caracas to Manaus. There I met the writer
Arab (VAN) for a coincidence and painted with him. After that he
introduced me to writers in other cities of Brazil. We went to Fortaleza
where we stayed with the VTS-crew for one week and painted with them a
few walls as well with Bad’s (VAN) and Bulan.
After that we hit
Salvador where we stayed at the M.U.S.A.S.. We were in Salvador for 18
days painting several walls with many writers but mostly with Monica and
Chermie. At last after a beautiful experience of art and culture in
Salvador we decided to take the bus down to Rio de Janeiro. There we are
staying in the house of the writer Anarkia. We were a part of an
event/project, painting walls in the neighborhoods of the favelas, there
were many of Rio’s writers gathered painting…. We did a wall with the
old school graffiti-legend Aira and well paint a lot for the next days
as well as participating in some art-projects.
Sao Paulo will be our next destination where we will try to paint as much as we possibly can.
Leave a message for the Brasilien artist?
Brazil
is a graffiti-paradise. The fact that graffiti is semi legal here is a
priority that all Brazilian writers should take advantage of. So my
message for Brazilian artists is this: Use the gift that you’ve been
given and paint as much as you can!.... And for all those artists not
working on the streets: Be active, because that’s pretty much the only
solution to survive as an artist.
